About Lesson
When an entity submits its Uplift Letter it must be checked for completeness. The assessor should also be alert for uplift letters that are submitted prior to the action plans intended implementation.
Early Submission:
If an entity submits an uplift letter prior to their stated implementation dates, the assessor should verify that they’ve completed the implementation early. If they’ve not yet completed the implementation the uplift letter can’t be accepted. Advise the entity to submit again once they’ve implemented all action items.
Action Required:
- Review the submitted uplift letter, and confirm that it addresses all recommendations (action items) in their assessment
- Update the status in the Uplift Tracker to Uplift Letter Returned.
- Commence the reassessment.
